Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that on July 12, 1983, during the meeting of t -
Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-83-41 was
approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section 16.3 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (Gross Density R-6) to permit the use of
26 existing living units, a variance of 1.7727 dwelling units per acre for
a total variance of 5.93 dwelling units.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actu.l
• costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant,
to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in th's
section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for t e
denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due
of $2.61.
