This addendum to contract is executed and made effective

hereinafter 'Purchaser' , R. Marshall Moist, Jeffrey E. Raymond,
Kenneth W. vanDommelen, as individuals and as partners of said
partnership and Southeastern Investment Corporation, a

WHEREAS by contract dated February 4 , 1983, Seller agree
to sell and Purchaser agreed to purchase certain real estate
situate in Albemarle County, Virginia, known as the Georgetown
Apartments and adjacent acreage, also known as 101, 103, and 117
Georgetown Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, with a closing date .o
be on or before August 30, 1983 , for a total sales price of $865, 0 0.
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to set forth certain
modification as to the name of the purchaser and the way in which
the subject property is to be' conveyed, now therefore this agreerre t

THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of ten dollars ($10) cash in ::
hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, and other good and
valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. M.V. & R. Partnership and its individual partners being .
R. Marshall Moist, Kenneth W. vanDommelen, and Jeffrey E. Raymond
do hereby irrevocably convey, sell and quit claim all of their right,
title, and interest in the above referenced contract and in the
subject real estate unto Southeastern Investment Corporation, a
Virginia corporation, and Kenneth W. vanDommelen individually. The
apartment property and adjacent acreage shall be conveyed by deed to
the two as tenants in common with 70% interest to Southeastern '
Investment Corporation and 30% interest to Kenneth W. vanDommelen.
All other provisions of the referenced contract shall remain
in full force and effect, unmodified except as provided herein. All
the parties join hereinbelow to acknowledge their acceptance of
the provisions herein.
