Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 21.7.2, adjacent to residential and agricultural dist ict no portion of any structure except signs advertising sale or rental of the property shall be located closer than fifty (50) feet to any residential or agricultural district. Staff Comments The applicants propose a request to rezone the property to CO (Commercial Office) . The existing garage structure requires the variance for rezoning request. If the request is granted, it should be conditional that no expansion to the structure would be allowed to bring it any closer to the residential property.
