Kangur 1393 Hydraulic Road Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-83-44 Dear Dr. and Mrs. Kangur: This letter is to inform you that on August 9, 1983, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-83-44 was approved with the condition that no expansion to the structure would be allowed to bring it any closer to the residential property. This approval allows relief from Section 21.7.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure to be located closer than 50 feet to a residential district, 41 feet from rear property line, a variance of 9 feet and 32 feet from side property line, a variance of 18 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount Iue of $4.44.
