Dear Mr. Gibson:
This letter is to inform you that on August 9, 1933, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
1 for VA-83-45 was approved with the condition that any addition to the gara•-
structure could not surpass the setback of 15 feet from the right-of-way
as per the variance. This variance approval allows relief from Section
4.6.3.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a detached garage
to be located 15 feet from the right-of-way; a variance of 45 feet.
