Box 647 Springfield, VA 22150 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-83-48 • Dear Mr. Pflug: This letter is to inform you that on August 9, 1983, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for.VA-83-48 was approved with the condition that the delineation of the front of the applicant's property be made by the re-erection of the rail fence approximately 40 feet in distance across the front. This variance allows relief from Section 4.6.3.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance j to allow a structure to be located 45 feet from the deeded right-of-way; a variance of 15 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees • shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $2.40.
