has made application for VA-83-50 , requesting relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be
located 30 feet from the highway right-of-way; a variance of 45 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
