This letter is to inform you that on August 9, 1983, during

meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
fwas approved. This variance allows relief from Section 10.4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be
located 30 feet from the highway right-of-way; a variance of 45 feet.
