Dear Mr. Savage:
This letter is to inform you that on August 16, 1983, during a special
t meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-51 was approved for a 10 foot variance. This variance approval
allows relief from Section 21.7.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to allow a sign to be located 20 feet from a public street right-of-way;
a variance of 10 feet.
