The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure to be located 74 feet from the
right-of-way; a variance of 1 foot.
Zoning Ordinance Requirement
Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located a minimum of
75 feet from a right-of-way.
Staff Comments
The house construction is complete. Afinal survey picked -up the error of
one (1) foot in the setback requirement of seventy-five (75) feet. We
recommend approval of the one (1) foot variance.
