Part C: Description of Proposal
Milestone Communications proposes to construct a 135' monopole for multiple wireless
carriers in a wooded section of the 8.02 acre parcel owned by the Stony Point Volunteer
Fire Co., Incorporated. The Fire Company buildings are located on the front portion of
the parcel. The rear portion, which spans almost 850' behind six residential parcels, is
entirely wooded, so the ground equipment would be completely screened, and only the
uppermost portion of the monopole and antennas would be visible above the treeline in
certain locations along Stony Point Road (S. R. 20N), which is a designated Entrance
Corridor. The monopole and antennas would be painted Sherwin Williams Java Brown
to blend with existing trees. The antennas would be flush-mounted with stand-off of
approximately 18"; the Applicant is requesting special exceptions for antenna standoff
(greater than 12" at the closest point) and number of arrays (greater than three).

narrative submitted with the Tier III PWSF application.
