Dear Mr. Ancona:
This letter is to inform you that on October 11, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for
VA-83-71 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a parking structure to be located within 103 feet
of a SA, Scenic Areas Overlay District of highway Rt. 250 west, a variance of
47 feet. Also, the variance approval allows relief from Section 21.7.2 to allow
off-street parking to be located 10 feet from a residential district, a variance
of 10 feet.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any
notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant to the extent
that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of
any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $6.44.
