Dear Mr. Fields:
This letter is to inform you that on October 11, 1983, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-83-73 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.6.3.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow one (1) shed to be located
25 feet from an access easement, a variance of 35 feet.
