A mobile home will be placed on property for interim housing
(during construction of a permanent dwelling) .
The set-back is approved for location of 21ft. from side
property line as provided in Sec. 5. 7. C.
At any time in the future if the property owner wishes to,
maintain the mobile home as a permanent residence, a variance
would have to be obtained for the side-yard set--back(variance
of 4ft. ) A special use permit is required for a permanent
mobile home.
