Morris, Contractor 823-2318) DATE: October 17, 1983 An on site inspection was made on 10/14/83, and during this inspection I spoke with Mr. Dan Shifflett, the adjacent property owner, who is also Mrs. Dolores Creaney's brother. Mr. Shifflett stated that he had given permission for a Mr. Samuel L. Morris to use his water and electric on a temporary basis to locate the trailer on the property and to build the decks and porches. According to Mr. Shifflett and Mr. Morris, the sole purpose of the electric and.water is for construction use only and not for use in the mobile home. Contact was made by phone to Mr. Samuel L. Morris on 10/17/83. At this time Mr. Morris was informed he would need to contact our office and obtain an interim housing permit to locate the mobile home on the property. Mr. Morris was further notified that he will also have to have the trailer properly inspected before a certificate of occupancy can be issued. A preliminary zoning inspection was made during the 10/14/83 on site inspection with Mr. Shifflett as the trailer has already been located on the property, The trailer's front setback is 100+ feet to Rt. 810, the southwest side is 100+ feet to the trailer, the northeast side is 21 feet to the trailer, and the rear is several hundred feet.
