Box 7483 Charlottesville, VA 22906 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-83-82 Tax Map 045, Parcel 25G Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that on November 15, 1983, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-83-82 was approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Limited to the size as shown. 2. All trees within the 50 foot setback as required remain undisturbed. 3. Any future development of the road right-of-way, then the property owner would relocate the sign at the owner's expense. This variance approval allows relief from Section 26.10.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a freestanding sign to be located 4 feet from the right-of-way of Rio Road, a variance of 46 feet.
