Dear Mr. Peatross:
This letter is to inform you that on March 20, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-01 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 13.3 of the Albemar e
County Zoning Ordinance to allow an existing barn to be converted into a
single-family residence and to be located 2.0 feet from the southwest corner
of building, a variance of 13 feet from the side property line.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any
notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent
that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of
any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $2.65.
