This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Miles W. Harlow, Shirley H. German, & Thomas Harlow, property described
as Tax Map 075 , Parcel (s) 61 , Zoned R-1 ,
has made application for VA-84-01 , requesting relief from
Section 13.3 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 13.3 to allow an
existing barn to be converted into single-family residence
and to be located 2.0 feet from southwest corner of building/
a variance of 13 feet from the side property line.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
March 20, 1904 , at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7,
Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
