McDonnell c/o Boyle Bain 420 Park Street Charlottesvil le, VA 22901 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-84-05 Tax Map 061U-01, Parcel 12 Dear Mr. Bain, This letter is to inform you that on February 14, 1984, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-84-05 was approved as requested with the following stipulations: 1) Variance be granted for proposed uses only as suggested by the County, and 2) The approval is voided if the applicant vacates the property, so runs with the applicant only. This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.12.6.6.1 & 4.12.6.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow 2 businesses requiring 29 parking spaces total and the lot can only fit 20 parking spaces, a variance of 9 parking spaces.
