has made application for VA-84-05 , requesting relief from
Section 4. 12.6.6. 1 & 4. 12.6.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 4. 12.6.6. 1 & 4. 12.6.6.2 of •
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow 2 businesses requiring
30 parking spaces total and the lot can only fit 20 parking spaces,
a variance of 10 parking spaces.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
February 14, 1984 , at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7,
Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
