Ron and Margaret,
Zuzana Ponca with NBW said that they are dropping the shrub plantings on the Townwood side of the fence after
responses from the Townwood residence at the neighborhood meeting.They would prefer to just see the fence. Plans
and narrative will be changed to show plantings only on the Planned Parenthood side of the fence.
The azaleas will be removed from the base of the sign (they have not thrived there) and be replaced with five itea
virginica.
All other recommendations will be noted and followed.

The Albemarle County Architectural Review Board reviewed the above noted item at its meeting on Monday,
September 6, 2016 The Board, by a vote of 4 made the following actions pending staff administrative
approval of the following conditions

pending staff administrative approval of the conditions listed in the staff report, amended as follows-
1 Add the following note to the site plan. "Visibility of all mechanical equipment from the Entrance
Corridor shall be eliminated."

reach, and be maintained at, mature height;the topping of trees is prohibited Shrubs and trees shall
