Sorry for the delayed response, but this change from internally illuminated to non-illuminated results in an approved Certificate of Appropriateness for the new Allstate sign at Woodbrook Shopping Center. I have copied Stewart Wright so he can proceed in issuing the sign permit approval with others. The particular criteria in question is the "Illumination Details", which allows for the sign to be externally illuminated or non-illuminated. The new sign is proposed to be internally illuminated. As a result, 1 I cannot administratively approve this sign. You will need to either revise the design to comply with the comprehensive sign criteria or request an amendment to the criteria from the Architectural Review Board.
