Flow Audi of Charlottesville currently occupies a small section of an existing building shared with both the Porsche and Volkswagen dealerships. As sales in the ar a have grown over the lact years Flow Audi is planning a new 8 auto showroom and sales office on their existing site along the south side of US 250 on Pant of Appropriateness from the Architectural Review Board The new show room is planned as an independent one story new automobiles The existing grade falls away to the south allowing for a lower level service pick-up and drop off area which will face away from US 250 and the Entrance Corridor Part D: Applicant Agreement Applicant must read and sign • Each application package must contain(8)folded copies of all plans and documents being submitted. Only (1) set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material samples, become the property of Albemarle County.
