SWPPP 1. Registration Statement Section 1 Contact info added. 2. SWPPP Submitted.The owners will sign the SWPPP Sections 9 & 10 at the Preconstruction Meeting as a contractor has not yet been selected. PPP 1. PPP is included in the SWPPP. SWMP 1. Area of disturbance shown on vicinity map. 2. Pre-and post-drainage area maps shown in calculation packet.The soil boundary is not shown because the soil type in the whole area is 25B soils. 3. Area of forest/open space easement added to Sheet C6.SWM narrative updated to shown how the site meets water quantity requirements. 4. Since the runoff condition, both pre-development and post-development, is sheetflow, the energy balance equation is not applicable.We are only claiming that 9VAC25-870-66-D is satisfied because the increased volume of sheetflow runoff will not have adverse downstream impact. 5. Comment noted. Easement and documentation shall be prepared. 6. Comment noted. ESCP 1. No easements were returned from the survey of this property. 2. Existing contours now shown. Proposed contours shown as well, please note that surveyed contours are 1' intervals. Page 1 of 2 3. No safety fence or tree protection fence is needed.Trees in the area are not claimed for any VRRM/stormwater compliance,and the treeline will not be changed from existing conditions. Development is located far enough within the property away from the public so safety fence is not necessary. 4. Soil stockpile shown. The stockpile will mainly store topsoil. Included with this letter you will find a VSMP application, 2 copies of the VSMP plan, 2 copies of the SWPPP, and 2 copies of the calculation packet.
