They typically send me a hard copy of their approval letter by mail. I checked my mailbox 5 minutes ago and there wasn't anything received today. I have to wait until the Health Department sends me their approval for the proposed BLA changes. I forwarded them the materials you sent me, and I don't anticipate them having any comments. That said, it would be best to wait to circulate the plats for signatures until I confirm that VDH has no objections. Let me know if you have any questions.
