Dear Mr. & Mrs. Mallek:
This letter is to inform you that on March 13, 1984, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-84-09 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 to allow
a barn to be located 14.6 feet from the front property line, a variance
of 60.4 feet, and also allows relief from Section 4.11.2.1 to be located
on side property line, a variance of 6 feet.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed
to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the appli-
cable fee set forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for
the amount due of $3.20.
