This letter is to inform you that on March 20, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-13 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the •
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family residence to be
located 55 feet from a scenic highway, a variance of 95 feet.
