This variance approval allows relief from Section 21.7.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure (garage & storage) to be located 10 feet from a residential or agricultural district, a variance of 40 feet from the side and rear property lines. Please be advised that you must apply for a site plan amendment through the Planning Department. The amended site plan must be approved prior to issuance of a building permit. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the ap- plicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
