Dear. Mr. Marshall:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on December 17, 1981,
approved.the amendment to the above-noted site plan for the additional area for
the food store and the additional parkin;, subject to the following condition
to be added to the Commission's action of November 17, 1981:
3. The applicant is put on notice that the 15 parking•spaces and the
• landscaping within the reserved. right-of-way shall be relocated
in the event that road improvements are made to Route 649.
In order to expedite the completion of the conditions of approval, please have the
appropriate agency or department notify Linda Thompson, Agency Coordinator,
(296-5832), in writing that the applicable condition has been met.

will be heard during the public hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
Tuesday, March 20, 1984, at 3:00 p.m., Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County
Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Please find enclosed a placard which should be placed on the subject
property so that it will be visible from a public road within the next
couple of days.

Dear Mr. Marshall:
This letter is to inform you that on May 8, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-14 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 21.7.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure (garage & storage) to
be located 10 feet from a residential or agricultural district, a variance
of 40 feet from the side and rear property lines.
Please be advised that you must apply for a site plan amendment through
the Planning Department. The amended site plan must be approved prior to
issuance of a building permit.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the
actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the ap-
plicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth
in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amoo nt: due of $5.45.
