Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-84-15
Tax Map 130A(1) , Parcels 50, 64
This letter is to inform you that on May 15, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-15 was approved as submitted with the condition should another
applicant apply that this applicant would have to share the same stanchion.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the
Zoning Ordinance for Tax Map 130A(1) , Parcel 50 to allow a 2 square foot
directional sign to be located 10 feet from Route 20S right-of-way,Lsz. vari-
ance of _fret; and also relief from Section 21.7.1 to be located 10 feet
from Route 726, a variance of 20 feet. The applicant requests relief from
Section 4.15.3.7 to allow three (3) freestanding signs, a variance of one
(1) sign
Also, this approval allows relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the Zoning
Ordinance for Tax Map 130A(1) , Parcel 64 to allow a 2 square foot directional
sign to be located 16 feet from Route 6 right-of-way, a variance of 34 feet.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the
actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the ap-
plicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set
forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of
$25.70.
