This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that (National
Bank & Trust Co. , Owner) James River Runners, (Applicant) , property described
as Tax Map 130A1, Parcel (s) 50, Zoned PD-SC, has made application for VA-84-
15, requesting relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 30.5.2.2 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a 2 square foot directional sign
to be located 10 feet from Rt. 20S right-of-way, a variance to 40
feet; and also relief from Section 21.7. 1 to be located 10 feet
from Rt. 726, a variance of 20 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 8,
1984, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building,
