Dear Mr. & Mrs. Singh:
This letter is to inform you that on March 20, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-17 was approved subject to construction of a two (2) bedroom house.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 4. 1.6 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance of 100% future replacement site in
order to utilize a current (1978) Health Department sewage disposal system con-
struction permit for a two (2) bedroom house.
