This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-84-19 ,
will be heard during the public hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
April 17, 1984, at 3:00 p.m. , Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office
Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. Also, enclosed
please find a correct placard which needs to be posted on the property so
that it is visible from the public road.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Shifflett:
This letter is to inform you that on April 17, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-19 was approved with a condition that the structure not be located
any closer than the others to the highway.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow an accessory structure (garage) to be located
50 feet from highway right-of-way of Route 620, a variance of 25 feet.
