Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Paul
Grady, property described as Tax Map 59, Parcel 15, Zoned RA has made ap-
plication for VA-84-20, requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to create a lot with 65 feet of road front-
age, a variance of 185 feet. The applicant also requests relief
from Section 10.4 to allow a residence (mobile home) to remain
located 20 feet from rear property line, a variance of 15 feet.
Relief from Section 10.4 Area & Bulk Regulations in the RA Dis-
trict to allow four (4) mobile homes, by definition, on 4.00
acres.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on April
10, 1984, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office
Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
