This letter is to inform you that on April 10, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-21 was approved. -
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle •
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a double-wide mobile home to be located 64
feet from Route 810 right-of-way, a variance of 11 feet.
