This letter is to inform you that on April 17, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-25 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow an addition to single-family dwelling to be
located 20 feet from the side property line, a variance of 5 feet.
