has made application for VA-84-29 , requesting relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel to have 210 feet of
road frontage, a variance of 40 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
