meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-30 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 19.9.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling to be
located 6 feet from the rear property line, a variance of 44 feet.
