This letter is to inform you that on May 8, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-31 was approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Mobile home to be occupied by the proprietor - owner of
the existing garage and his immediate family.
2. Variance limited to the present applicant.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a residence (second use) to be placed on
3.51 acres, a variance of .49 acre.
