This letter is to inform you that on May 15, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-40 was approved subject to the following condition:
1. Garage to be located as close to or on the rear setback
line of 25 feet and no further expansion on the property.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning
Ordinance to allow a garage to be located 34 feet from right-of-way, a
variance of 41 feet.
