This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.6.3.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a roof addition to be located 4 feet from right-of-way, a variance of 16 feet . This variance approval allows relief from Section 30.5.6.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a canopy addition to be located 46 feet from the road right-of-way, a variance of 104 feet. The legal advertisement did not include Section 4.6.3.2 to allow roof addition to be located 4 feet from right-of-way.
