Gribble Route 1, Box 592 Scottsville, VA 24590 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-84-50 Tax Map 115, Parcel 47D Dear Mr. & Mrs. Gribble: This letter is to inform you that on July 10, 1984, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-84-50 was approved subject to Planning Commission approval. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel to be subdivided with 131.87 feet of road frontage, a variance of 118.13 feet , and also requests relief to allow an existing mobile home to be located approximately 38 feet from a right-of-way, a variance of 37 feet . Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
