Dear Ms. Ryder:
This letter is to inform you that on June 12, 1984, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-84-49 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 32.5.8 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure to be located 13 feet from the
front setback from the service road, a variance of 7 feet. Also, allows
relief from Section 21.7.2 to allow a structure to be located 46 feet from a
residential district, a variance of 4 feet.
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the
actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the
applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set
forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of
$3.75.
