Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the Board may appeal the decision to the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within 30 days of the decision. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Or- dinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $8.74. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any ap- plication. As per Section 4.15.4. 3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Or- dinance, you have twelve (12) days from the receipt of this letter to remove the sign that has been erected in violation of Section 4.15. If there is no compliance or notification to our office as to your intent within the designated 12 days, this matter will be referred to the County Attorney 's office to initiate legal action.
