Box 100 Batesville, VA 22924 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-84-68 Tax Map 85A, Parcel 29C Dear Mr. & Mrs. Page: This letter is to inform you that on November 13 , 1984, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-84-68 was approved sub- ject to provisions being made to prohibit parking in the imme- diate area of the entry to the proposed addition, and that if not required by the BOCA code regulations - some type of pro- tective devices such as guard rails to protect the entrance of the proposed addition. This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.6.3 .2 to allow expansion of existing post office to within approxi- mately 4 feet from easement , a variance of 56 feet ; also allows relief from Section 10.4 to allow expansion 15 feet from right-of-way of Route 692, a variance of 60 feet . Also, allows relief from Section 6.4.1 for non-conformities expansion and en- largement . Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
