(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Comments• 1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Show the location, width, and names of the existing streets. 2. [14-303 (A)] Statement of consent to division. Revise the note to the following per the ordinance: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any."
