Subject: SUB2019-081- Peabody School- Easement Plat
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based
on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
Comments•
1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Show the location, width, and names of the
existing streets.
2. [14-303 (A)] Statement of consent to division. Revise the note to the following per the
ordinance: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct
description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the
free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors
and trustees, if any."
