This letter is to inform you that on November 13 , 1984,
during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of
Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-84-69 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 14.3 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family
dwelling to be located 14 feet from the front property line, a
variance of 11 feet .
