Box 6700 Charlottesville, VA 22906 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-84-75 Tax Map 61, Parcel 128 Dear Mr. Bailey: This letter is to inform you that on December 11, 1984, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-84-75 was approved sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of rezoning ZMA-84-22 by Board of Supervisors. 2. That no further reduction of the setback be allowed. This variance approval allows relief from Section 21. 7.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure (currently zoned R-10 to be rezoned to CO) to be 33 feet from residential property, a variance of 17 feet . Pursuant to Section 35. 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Or- dinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section.
