Box 8 North Garden , VA 22959 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-85-09 & VA-85-10 Tax Map 88, Parcels 8 & 9 Dear Mr. Cutright : This letter is to inform you that on April 9, 1985, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap- peals, your applications for VA-85-09 & VA-85-10 were approved. These variance approvals allow relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow: (1) A duplex to be located 50 feet from front property line, a variance of 25 feet (Parcel 9) ; (2) A single-family dwelling to be located 30 feet from the front property line , a variance of 45 feet (Parcel 8) ; (3) A second single-family residence to be located 35 feet from the front property line , a variance of 40 feet (Parcel 8) . Pursuant to Section 35. 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance , the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $26.68. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application.
