Dear Mr. Barrett :
Upon review of your application for construction of a single-
family residence on slopes of 25 percent or greater, I have deter-
mined that the application should be voided. Instead, a subdivi-
sion revision should be made through the Planning Department , and
reviewed by the Planning Commission.
As indicated by a copy of the Staff Comment Report , there
were building sites on the 16 acre parcel . The Commission has
the authority to grant waivers as per Section 4.2 . 5 of the Or-
dinance.
Please contact Mary Joy Scala in the Planning Department
in pursuit of your request and the necessary requirements to
accomplish such.
A $20 refund check will be forwarded to you for the variance
application fee, but it will be several weeks because of the process
time involved.
