Dear Sirs :
This letter is to inform you that on August 13 , 1985 , during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals ,
your application for VA-85-39 was approved with the condition that
the previous variance , VA-85-22 , would be void .
This variance approval allows relief from Section 26 . 10 . 1 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow Astec ' s freestanding
sign to be located 30 feet from the public road right-of-way, a
variance of 20 feet ; and , also to erect a second freestanding sign
for Unogen to be located 15 feet from the public road right-of-way,
a variance of 35 feet .
Pursuant to Section 35 . 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi-
nance , the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall
be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed
the applicable fee set forth in this section . Please see the attach-
ed bill for the amount due of $5 . 76 . Failure to pay all applicable
fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application.
